An initiative under development
HelloRhea.com is a student-led, public-interest initiative at the MVP stage. The website describes a proposed approach and roadmap for supervised pilot validation. Multilingual assistance, verified service referrals and authorised human handovers are proposed capabilities, not a claim of current availability.
Not an emergency service
For urgent emergencies in India, call 112 without delay. HelloRhea is not a government-operated platform, does not replace emergency services and does not dispatch assistance. A missed check-in is not proof of an emergency. A contact’s acknowledgement is not proof that a participant is safe.
Demonstration use
The check-in POC demonstrates scheduled calling, one retry and sequential notifications to three contacts. It is not a monitored personal-safety service and must not be relied on for urgent or safety-critical needs. Calls can be delayed, fail or lose callbacks; the service depends on a running server, a working database and, in real mode, the telephony provider.
Use the POC only with consent from every person whose number is registered. In real mode, calls are placed to the registered numbers. Mock mode is suitable for fictional demonstration details and uses no real calling credits.
Partnership enquiries
The contact form is for organisational interest and partnership discussions. Do not send emergency reports or sensitive information through it. No response time, pilot approval, partnership or funding is promised by submitting an enquiry.
No implied endorsements
The initiative is proposed for the Seva First Innovation Challenge 2026, Maharashtra zone. This does not imply acceptance, approval, government integration or an institutional endorsement. Impact has not been established and will need to be measured through supervised evaluation.
